The following survey was sent to my peers as a part of my self development and advancement.

As I prepare for my new role and further development, I am looking to receive feedback from my peers that I have worked with in the past.  If you could be so kind as to complete this SHORT survey by Tuesday August 16, 2022 by end of the day.  I greatly appreciate this as I am starting to plan and will use this feedback to help me get a clear and accurate picture of the things I am doing right and where I need to develop.
