On July 1, 2022, I took over the lead position for our Associate Resources Group, PRIDE. While the PRIDE ARG was running strong, we were not focusing on making our community and allies feel they were doing anything to help. I took that feeling and created a training workshop in partnership with an outside program. After working through a pilot program, we made some changes and presented to the NALT and Regional leaders' group, getting approval to advance the workshop.

This program is designed to empower employees to take meaningful action and build an inclusive workplace culture. We meet for 2 hours a day, once a week during a 3-week cycle. Finally, the session comes back 4 weeks later to check in on their commitment to being a better ally for marginalized groups.

The following workbook was created to help the associates along the journey. The workbook is completely interactive.
